Designing a conversational user experience of an Ai enabled chatbot for a leading banking client in India

I am currently working on this project while collaborating with the business team, POs, tech/ai vendors. This project plans to create a one of its kind banking experience completely led by an ai enabled chatbot. 

I am contributing to designing conversational flows, design system for the conversational experience, chatbot behavior & interactions and user testing & feedback.
