I am Anurag, a multidisciplinary designer based in India, currently working as an Interaction Designer at Google. I graduated with a Masters degree in Graphic Design from National Institute of Design (NID), India and now specialize in Digital Product & Interaction Design.
My core strengths lie in storytelling, critical thinking, design research,
and digital prototyping. I like to investigate problems and design needs to understand context and relationships which in turn help me create meaningful outcomes.
My work and methods draws inspiration from the intricacies of human interaction and behavior, art history, architecture, socio-political scenarios, and our everyday relationship with nature and the environment.
At Google, I work in Google Cloud leading design for products in the Business Application Platform team. The various products i've worked on range from No-code Low-code solutions, API lifecycle management and cloud consoles.
At McKinsey & Company, I collaborated with cross functional teams to solve complex problems across different sectors and domains. I leverage design thinking methodologies to aid execution of digital transformations for clients.
Prior to working at McKinsey & Company, I worked at OnePlus as a
Visual & Communication Designer , handling their marketing and branding/communication verticals for two product releases. Before that,
I worked as a UX Design intern at IBM, India on a design research project
on sustainable food procurement & consumption for the urban population of India.
Aside from my work, I enjoy playing football, reading, and curating music.
